Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 July 2026
These terms govern your Summit Proxies membership and your use of the network. By creating an account or purchasing data, you agree to them.
1. Membership
Summit is a private residential proxy network with a fixed cap of 1,000 active members. While the register is open, anyone may join directly. Once it is full, released slots return only in announced drops, first come, first served.
Membership is personal to the account holder. It is non-transferable: you may not sell, lend, share, or assign your slot or account. Doing so is grounds for removal without refund.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and provide accurate account information.
2. Data, purchases, and holding your slot
Proxy data is sold per gigabyte and priced by pool. Data you purchase does not expire and remains spendable even if your membership lapses.
Once the register is full, a member must make at least one purchase per calendar month to hold their slot. A slot that lapses is released into the next drop. Your remaining data balance is unaffected; only the ability to buy more requires an active slot. Founding members are notified before this rule first takes effect.
Prices, pools, and terms may change. Changes apply to future purchases, never retroactively to data you already hold.
3. Referral commission
Members receive a personal referral link. When someone who signs up through your link makes a purchase within their first 45 days, you earn 10% of the settled amount (what they actually pay after their own discounts) as account credit. There is no limit on how many people you may introduce.
Referral credit is applied to your account and may only be spent on data. It has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and is forfeited if your account is terminated for a violation of these terms.
Self-referrals, fake accounts, and any manipulation of the program void the credit and may result in removal.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the network is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms. You are solely responsible for your compliance with the terms of the services you access through the network and with all applicable laws.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
Because proxy data is a consumable digital good delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once data is credited. We may, at our discretion, resolve billing errors or failed deliveries. Nothing here limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that is used for fraud or abuse, or where required by law. Slots retired for a violation are not refunded.
You may stop using the service at any time. Your purchased data balance remains available to spend, subject to an active slot for further purchases.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that any particular site will be reachable, that any IP will be undetected, or that the network will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
