Active membership never exceeds one thousand. No exceptions are made, including for us.
The monthly purchase
Once the thousandth slot fills, a member purchases every month to hold theirs. Until then, the requirement rests.

Data never expires. A lapsed member spends what remains; only a member buys more.
The drop
Released slots return in announced drops. First come, first served — there is no line and no priority.
